Why does the USCIS let illegal immigrants finally receive a green card if they marry an American?

March 17, 2010 · Posted in TOP News · 3 Comments

Why doesn’t the USCIS have any laws concerning this issue? Thousands of people get green cards this way while other criminals (apparently) can never obtain a green card. Why is an illegal alien exempt from this rule? I’m just asking, I don’t want to cause a fight, I’m not pro or anti-illegal, I just want to know what you guys think. Don’t you think a law regarding illegals is missing in this respect?
The fact that illegals want to marry for a green card encourage marriage frauds. . . if illegals were not given the chance to legalize their status by marriage, there wouldn’t be so many marriage frauds.
I’ve written you private messages. Wasn’t it enough? I got no reply at all.

How long does it take USCIS to cash a check?

I turned to my OPT and my application reached USCIS Texas Service Center December 28, 2009. I sent a check of $ 340 is for “Department of Homeland Security” by the end of my statement. However, the audit had not been discovered yet, I checked the Internet from my bank account. I would like to know if this is normal and how long it takes USCIS to cash a check?
